- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconciliations during overnight shifts
- Analyze financial data for accuracy and prepare daily/weekly accounting reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
- Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless financial operations
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for transaction processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Excellent written communication skills for reporting
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes
