- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions within SLAs
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews during off-peak hours
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and regulatory filings
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain detailed financial records using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- CPA certification preferred (or active pursuit)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
