Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for leadership review
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams to resolve discrepancies
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data entry and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of general accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with month-end closing procedures
- Attention to detail with error reconciliation abilities
