Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day bank reconciliations and transaction verification
- Prepare and analyze month-end financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing during overnight hours
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation
- Monitor financial controls and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with international teams during off-peak hours
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
