Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations and financial reporting during night shift hours
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision and timeliness
- Prepare month-end closing statements and variance analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial audits and compliance
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries supporting 24/7 operations
- Assist in developing financial models for strategic decision-making
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of night shift accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- CPA certification or equivalent (e.g., CMA) a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
