Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision
- Execute bank reconciliations and variance analysis for high-volume accounts
- Process complex journal entries and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Generate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Collaborate with auditors during night-shift engagements
- Implement internal controls for night-shift transaction processing
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during off-peak hours
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for real-time data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong GAAP and SOX compliance knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail under pressure
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
