Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day and end-of-week financial reconciliations and closing procedures.
- Process and verify high-volume invoices and expense reports.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and variance reports for morning review.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred (night shift experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
