We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Night Shift Accountant to join our growing finance department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing critical financial operations during our off-hours, ensuring our morning teams have a clean slate to execute daily strategies.

Responsibilities
- Execute daily general ledger reconciliations and bank statement verifications.
- Process and categorize high-volume financial transactions, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Prepare preliminary financial reports and variance analysis for leadership review.
- Maintain and audit fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve any outstanding issues or queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
