Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare month-end financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with precision and timeliness
- Process payroll for night shift employees with strict confidentiality
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Prepare audit documentation and support external reviews

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in night shift
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA preferred
