Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and financial reporting during overnight shifts
- Reconcile high-volume accounts payable/receivable and bank statements
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain internal control documentation
- Collaborate with international teams during overlapping time zones
- Manage tax preparation documentation and audit support materials
- Implement process improvements for after-hours financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven expertise with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table mastery
- SOX compliance and internal control experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
