Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax filings
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable workflows
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
