Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Process and analyze financial transactions during overnight shifts
- Prepare month-end closing reports and journal entries
- Assist with audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with international teams for cross-border transactions
- Monitor financial controls and identify discrepancies
- Support payroll processing and tax filing requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with month-end closing processes
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
