Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures with precision and timeliness
- Reconcile complex GL accounts and bank statements nightly
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and trends
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly financial reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for optimal cash flow
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
