Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end closing procedures during night shift
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheets) for executive review
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Analyze variance reports and recommend cost-saving measures
- Coordinate with auditors during overnight engagements
- Maintain internal controls for financial data security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or overnight accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and compliance expertise
- Ability to work independently in remote night environment
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy rate
