In this position, you will be the guardian of our financial accuracy. You will process daily transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure that our books are closed on time, even when the office is quiet. Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including invoices and payments, with high accuracy.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
- Generate and review daily financial reports and operational summaries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies during night operations.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be available to work a night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
