Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers using bank-provided equipment
- Maintain accurate cash balances and daily transaction records
- Provide personalized financial product recommendations to clients
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies efficiently
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Support branch operations through cross-training in additional services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software
