Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and vendor agreements.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate financial reports and variance analysis.
- Maintain the general ledger system and ensure data integrity across all financial records.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and high integrity.
