Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports with high attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and tax documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger entries accurately.
- Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding billing and account status in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a night shift or high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
