Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process and record accounts payable/receivable transactions nightly
- Generate daily financial reports for executive review
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Manage fixed asset ledger and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis
- Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of general ledger experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel with VBA knowledge
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) a plus
