Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting operations, including accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct nightly bank reconciliations and identify any discrepancies for immediate resolution.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and variance analysis.
- Support the month-end close process by ensuring all journal entries are posted on time.
- Manage payroll processing for night-shift employees and ensure time tracking compliance.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- CPA certification is a plus.
