- Perform month-end close procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 99.8% accuracy
- Analyze financial data for variance reporting and operational insights
- Collaborate with international teams across 3 time zones during night shift
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Prepare management reports and financial statements
- Lead internal audits for assigned business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle financial modules
- Expert knowledge of multi-currency transactions
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with zero errors
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SOX 404 compliance procedures
