Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and balance daily reconciliations
- Actively cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings)
- Uphold strict security protocols for fraud prevention
- Collaborate with branch team to exceed quarterly goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
