Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Balance cash drawer and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans) to meet client needs
- Process loan payments and assist with new account applications
- Uphold exceptional service standards during all customer interactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer operations and banking software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for El Paso market
