Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex financial records, ensuring GAAP compliance and audit readiness
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to leadership
- Coordinate month-end/year-end closing processes with cross-functional teams
- Implement and optimize internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with auditors during external and internal examinations
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience, including night shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration across time zones
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit processes
