Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations during overnight hours
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Monitor banking activities and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Collaborate with international teams during overlapping time zones
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Support audit requests with documentation and data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of general accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently overnight
- Strong attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy in reconciliations
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday
