Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Monitor and analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports
- Coordinate with international teams during off-hours for cross-border transactions
- Implement and maintain internal controls for night-shift operations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing cycles
- Assist with audits and regulatory compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international reporting
- Valid Texas CPA license or actively pursuing certification
