Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with precision.
- Conduct timely bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Perform internal audits and variance analysis to ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process efficiently.
- Review and process payroll records accurately.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
