- Perform month-end closing procedures including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with precision and accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during off-hours operations
- Maintain financial records in ERP systems with strict data integrity
- Support audit processes and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle)
- Demonstrated experience with month-end closing procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10PM-6AM)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
