Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations during night shift hours
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Conduct internal audits and maintain compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using secure digital platforms
- Implement and improve financial controls and reporting systems
- Handle confidential financial data with utmost discretion and security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
