Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for executive review
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist external auditors with documentation and reporting
- Maintain internal controls and financial data integrity
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of general ledger experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP accounting systems
- CPA certification preferred
- Proven ability to work independently in night shift environments
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
