Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and distribute financial statements to stakeholders
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable cycles and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing processes and audits
- Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for transaction processing
- Collaborate with tax department on compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Knowledge of SOX regulations and internal controls
