Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations during overnight shifts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes for multiple client portfolios
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with day-time teams for seamless financial operations
- Maintain confidential financial records with strict security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or remote work background
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and independent work ethic
- Ability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend flexibility
