Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during night shift hours
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Support tax preparation and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
