Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile GL accounts
- Process A/P and A/R transactions with strict deadline adherence
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Manage inter-company transactions and currency conversions
- Collaborate with APAC/Europe teams during their business hours
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or global finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of international accounting standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
