Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes during overnight shifts
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Process payroll and tax documentation within regulatory deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
