Responsibilities
- Execute daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Process and verify journal entries with precise attention to detail
- Prepare month-end closing reports and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable during overnight processing windows
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with global finance teams across time zones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Proven ability to work independently overnight
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
