Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct comprehensive account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for departmental operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal financial controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Generate financial reports and insights for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
