- Prepare and analyze month-end closing reports with precision
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions nightly
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for 200+ clients
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance accuracy
- Generate financial statements and variance analyses
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years night shift accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP and tax compliance knowledge
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Philadelphia metro area residency required
