Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Process payroll and expense reports with 100% accuracy
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare regulatory compliance reports for state/federal agencies
- Support month-end closing procedures with detailed documentation
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border transactions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Nebraska state tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Nebraska CPA license or actively pursuing certification
