Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day account reconciliations and transaction verification
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls during overnight operations
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless financial operations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
