Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and journal entries for multi-entity accounts
- Process and verify daily transactions with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Generate and distribute nightly financial reports to executive leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 99.9% accuracy
- Execute month-end closing procedures independently during night shifts
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks to maintain real-time financial data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel with advanced formulas
- Unwavering attention to detail with proven error-spotting capabilities
- Strong analytical skills for variance analysis and financial forecasting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
