Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate monthly/quarterly closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
- Process payroll and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during month-end close
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in night shift environment
- Knowledge of Texas tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
