- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions during night shift hours
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow analysis
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with offshore teams for seamless financial operations
- Generate customized financial reports for executive decision-making
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or remote accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations in Oregon
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
