- Prepare and analyze month-end closing reports during night shift hours
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and maintain accurate ledgers
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred
