Responsibilities
- Process daily journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Perform accounts payable and receivable functions with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions weekly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Support the internal audit process by providing accurate documentation.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
