Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable and bank statements
- Process month-end closing procedures with precision and timeliness
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and variance analyses
- Monitor and maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with international teams on multi-currency transactions
- Assist with audits and regulatory filings as required
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/QuickBooks)
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
- Ability to thrive in night shift environment (11 PM - 7 AM)
