- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliation activities during night shift
- Process and review accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for daily operations review
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks for overnight financial activities
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones for seamless accounting operations
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks platforms
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and year-end audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Proven experience with night shift or graveyard schedule
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
