Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and compliance checks
- Implement and optimize internal accounting controls for night shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
