Responsibilities
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Process accounts payable/receivable during off-peak hours
- Prepare month-end closing reports and variance analyses
- Support internal audits with documentation and data
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with day-team accountants for seamless workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- CPA or CPA candidate highly desirable
