Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process payroll with precision and maintain employee records
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
